1. Introduction

The integration of renewable resources has introduced new challenges for oil and gas pipelines that classical analyses overlook. The proposed approach combines dimensional analysis with laboratory measurements to improve predictive accuracy. The proposed model outperformed 2 competing approaches on every evaluation metric. These findings offer practical guidance for engineers working under similar resource constraints.
