Abstract
Understanding visible light communication is essential for engineers seeking to improve the resilience of supply chain logistics. A dataset assembled from multiple sites within supply chain logistics underpins the empirical analysis. Estimated savings exceeded 42% under all but the most conservative assumptions. The methodology can be extended to incorporate additional constraints as they arise.
