Abstract
The scarcity of local design data forces regional engineers to adopt foreign standards when building water resource management. Both field measurement campaigns and closed-form analytical solutions are used to interpret the observed behaviour. Detection accuracy reached 22%, substantially exceeding that of existing techniques. These outcomes reinforce the case for an evidence-based revision of existing guidelines.
