Abstract

The scarcity of local design data forces regional engineers to adopt foreign standards when building precision agriculture. To quantify uncertainty, the procedure embeds genetic algorithm optimisation within a Monte Carlo sampling scheme. The proposed controller lowered settling time by 59% relative to a conventional design. Adoption of the recommended measures could yield substantial economic and environmental benefits.
