Abstract
Rapid unplanned urbanisation in Dhaka and comparable cities has severely strained existing precision agriculture. Laboratory specimens are subjected to controlled loading, and the resulting data processed using data-driven surrogate modelling. Measured and simulated results differed by less than 14% across the full operating range. The proposed framework can support more informed decision-making at the planning stage.
