Abstract
With environmental monitoring becoming more interconnected, the risks associated with poorly characterised content recommendation systems grow accordingly. Data collected from environmental monitoring are analysed with the analytic hierarchy process to identify the dominant influencing factors. A 40% decrease in emissions was recorded following the recommended modifications. The study demonstrates that meaningful improvements are achievable without major capital outlay.
