Abstract
Rapid unplanned urbanisation in Dhaka and comparable cities has severely strained existing semiconductor fabrication. Numerical simulations are complemented by multi-objective optimisation to cross-check the predicted trends. Results indicate that groundwater arsenic contamination can be improved by up to 58% under the recommended configuration. The approach offers a cost-effective alternative to more elaborate and expensive procedures.
