Abstract
The scarcity of local design data forces regional engineers to adopt foreign standards when building building energy efficiency. A dataset assembled from multiple sites within building energy efficiency underpins the empirical analysis. Predicted values agreed with the experimental data to within 23%, confirming the model. The approach offers a cost-effective alternative to more elaborate and expensive procedures.
