Abstract
Understanding membrane separation processes is essential for engineers seeking to improve the resilience of food processing industries. The proposed procedure is demonstrated on a case study representative of food processing industries. A 51% decrease in emissions was recorded following the recommended modifications. Continued monitoring will be essential to confirm the long-term durability of the solution.
