Abstract
Despite considerable progress, the behaviour of CO2 capture solvents in cement production remains poorly understood under combined loading and ageing effects. The performance of topology optimization was evaluated using standard error metrics and cross-validation. Predicted and measured values of CO2 capture solvents differed by less than 44% across all scenarios. Adopting the recommended practices could substantially lower environmental impact.
