Abstract
Quantifying flash flood forecasting is a prerequisite for evidence-based policy on data centers. Data were collected from several installations in data centers and analysed using Taguchi design of experiments. Accuracy improved by 47%, with the largest gains observed under high-load conditions. The results underscore the importance of long-term monitoring for reliable performance assessment.
