Abstract
Growing environmental and regulatory demands have made the management of federated learning a central concern for 5G base stations. The model parameters were estimated from historical records associated with 5G base stations. Accuracy improved by 13%, with the largest gains observed under high-load conditions. Policymakers can draw on these outcomes to prioritize investment where it delivers the greatest benefit.
