Abstract
Demand for cost-effective and durable steel rolling mills continues to grow across the region. The experimental programme was designed to isolate the dominant mechanisms observed in steel rolling mills. The proposed controller improved settling time by 7% compared with the baseline. Policymakers can draw on these outcomes to prioritize investment where it delivers the greatest benefit.
