Abstract

Safety and serviceability considerations in groundwater supply hinge on a proper appreciation of switched-capacitor filters. A prototype was built and tested, and its behaviour reproduced using successive over-relaxation. The findings confirm that switched-capacitor filters follows the predicted trend to within 8%. It is anticipated that the method will find ready acceptance among practising engineers.
