Abstract

Accurate assessment of power system load flow is a prerequisite for the economical design of cement production. Both analytical and experimental techniques are combined, the former relying on moment method. Energy consumption is reduced by roughly 62% when the optimised settings are adopted. The findings are believed to be applicable to a wide class of similar engineering problems.
