Abstract
The performance of radar systems in service is closely linked to the quality of MOSFET devices. A parametric study is conducted to assess the sensitivity of the results to the principal variables. The proposed correlation reproduces the experimental data with a scatter of about 48%. The approach is likely to be of particular benefit where resources are severely constrained.
