Abstract

Conventional approaches to radar systems often neglect the significant influence of groundwater flow. Both analytical and experimental techniques are employed to examine the behaviour observed in radar systems. The optimum design lies within 52% of the theoretical limit for the cases considered. These conclusions may assist in the formulation of more realistic design codes for the region.
