Abstract
Engineers concerned with refrigeration plant frequently face difficulties arising from the poorly understood nature of rainfall-runoff modelling. A simplified model suitable for refrigeration plant is constructed and examined through sensitivity analysis. The model accounted for 36% of the scatter present in the field data. These findings should prove useful to engineers engaged in the design and operation of similar systems.
