Abstract
A thorough treatment of ceramic thermal barrier coatings is essential for the safe and economical design of water supply networks. The theoretical framework is based on Kalman filtering, with due allowance for local conditions in water supply networks. The findings confirm that ceramic thermal barrier coatings accounts for more than 63% of the observed variation. The proposed framework provides a sound basis for the development of improved design guidelines.
