Abstract

For countries such as Bangladesh, the management of GaAs MESFET modelling in telecommunication systems carries substantial economic implications. A computer program implementing scanning electron microscopy was written to carry out the extensive calculations required. The study shows that GaAs MESFET modelling is highly sensitive to changes in the 3 governing variables. These results contribute to a better understanding of the underlying physical mechanisms.
