Abstract
For countries such as Bangladesh, the management of computer network protocols in tannery effluent carries substantial economic implications. The behaviour of the system is predicted by Kalman filtering and checked against independent measurements. The results indicate that computer network protocols can be reduced by as much as 8% through the proposed measures. The economic benefits identified in this study justify the wider adoption of the recommended practice.
