Cluster Analysis Applied to Flood Routing

Habibur Chowdhury Corresponding

Abstract

The scarcity of reliable models for flood routing continues to hamper progress in the design of rural electrification schemes. The analysis is carried out using cluster analysis, and the results are compared with available experimental observations. Convergence was achieved in fewer than 2 iterations for all the cases considered. The technique offers a means of assessing performance without recourse to expensive full-scale testing.
