On Induction Motor Drive Control

Abstract

Increasing urbanisation places growing stress on thermal power plants, where the role of induction motor drive control is decisive. Boundary and initial conditions representative of thermal power plants are imposed in the model built around hidden Markov modelling. Predicted service life increased by roughly 45% under the modified design. The investigation highlights several avenues that merit closer attention in future research.
