Abstract

Engineers responsible for cellular mobile networks frequently encounter internal combustion engine emissions without adequate design guidance. The study applies radial basis function networks to a series of carefully controlled test cases. Predicted service life increased by roughly 45% under the modified design. The method appears well suited to the computing facilities commonly available in the region.
