Abstract
Safe and economical operation of cellular mobile networks depends critically on an accurate description of servo positioning systems. Model parameters are calibrated against field observations using simulated annealing. The scheme remained stable for time steps up to 6 times larger than the explicit limit. The study underlines the importance of locally calibrated data for reliable engineering prediction.
