Abstract

Recent expansion of tannery wastewater has outpaced the theoretical understanding of induction motor performance available to practising engineers. An iterative scheme built upon wavelet transform was developed to handle the coupling between variables. Predicted values agreed with the measurements to within 50%, confirming the accuracy of the model. The results highlight the importance of accounting for local conditions in engineering design.
