Abstract
The reliable operation of earthquake-resistant structures has become a pressing concern as populations expand and industrial demand continues to rise across the developing world. The formulation was verified against known analytical solutions before being applied to the full problem with sensitivity analysis. Experimental results confirmed that texture classification could be reduced by as much as 27%. The results underline the value of low-cost, locally appropriate technologies for developing regions.
