Abstract
Seasonal flooding and monsoon conditions impose unusual demands on water distribution networks, where solar cell efficiency can play a decisive role. The model was implemented in software and coupled with k-means clustering to permit rapid parametric study. The proposed layout shortened processing time by 45% in the pilot study. The approach offers a promising route towards more sustainable use of scarce resources.
