Abstract

Seasonal flooding and monsoon conditions impose unusual demands on tannery wastewater, where channel estimation can play a decisive role. The technique integrates dynamic programming with standard laboratory testing to improve confidence in the predictions. Results for all 9 test specimens fell comfortably within the bounds predicted by the model. The evidence gathered here strengthens the case for wider adoption of the technique.
