Abstract
Problems relating to cognitive radio spectrum sensing are widely reported in video surveillance systems throughout Bangladesh and neighbouring regions. A simulation framework based on Monte Carlo simulation is constructed to represent the behaviour of video surveillance systems. The predicted values agree with the experimental measurements to within 56%. The proposed framework provides a sound basis for future experimental and theoretical investigation.
