Abstract

The present study is motivated by the practical difficulties encountered in municipal water supply systems, where spread spectrum modulation is often poorly characterised. A finite set of scenarios representative of municipal water supply systems is examined using digital signal processing. The model explains more than 10% of the variation in the measured data. The study lays the groundwork for the development of more comprehensive design tools.
