Abstract
The need for sustainable and low-cost solutions has focused attention on corrosion of mild steel within seismic regions. A prototype is designed and its performance assessed by means of image segmentation. The proposed controller reduces the overshoot by approximately 11%. The work highlights the need for revised guidelines suited to the regional context.
