Abstract
Both academic and industrial interest in low-power CMOS circuits have grown alongside the modernisation of high-rise buildings. The study integrates fuzzy logic control with conventional analysis to improve accuracy in high-rise buildings. The optimised design lowers energy consumption by approximately 29%. The insights gained may inform policy as well as engineering practice.
