Abstract

A sound understanding of storm-surge inundation is essential for improving safety and performance in embedded systems. In this study, particle swarm optimization was employed to analyse and characterise the system under investigation. The proposed controller shortened the settling time by roughly 8% compared with a conventional design. Practical adoption of the findings could yield appreciable economic and environmental benefits.
