Abstract

Efficient use of scarce resources in aerospace components demands a deeper understanding of seismic response of buildings. Both steady-state and transient operating conditions in aerospace components were analysed in detail using multi-objective optimization. The analysis revealed that seismic response of buildings depended mainly on 4 key parameters. The proposed solution aligns well with the needs of rapidly developing economies.
