Abstract

The scarcity of systematic studies on piezoelectric energy harvesters motivates the present work in the context of medical imaging. The approach was implemented in software and its computational efficiency assessed for medical imaging. The best results were obtained when the design variable was set to 3 units. Practical adoption of the findings could yield appreciable economic and environmental benefits.
