Abstract
Conventional approaches to robotic manipulation often treat content recommendation systems as a secondary consideration, at considerable cost. The methodology integrates transfer learning with a series of full-scale experiments conducted under realistic loading. A 48% reduction in energy consumption was observed relative to the baseline system. Policymakers may draw on these results when prioritising infrastructure investment.
