Abstract
Ageing infrastructure and deferred maintenance have made grid-connected photovoltaic systems a recurring concern for operators of electric vehicles. The framework couples transfer learning with an optimisation routine to identify near-optimal designs. Over a period of 6 months, the monitored system exhibited stable and predictable behaviour. Overall, the study advances understanding while offering immediately actionable recommendations.
