Abstract

Growing populations and rapid industrialisation place unprecedented demands on thermal power plants across South Asia. Design alternatives are compared systematically using Monte Carlo simulation under identical assumptions. The proposed model outperformed 6 competing approaches on every evaluation metric. The results support wider adoption of the proposed approach in routine design practice.
