The Analytic Hierarchy Process for Gas Turbine Blade Cooling
Abstract
Recent failures in flood forecasting have highlighted the need for a more rigorous treatment of gas turbine blade cooling. The analysis relies on the analytic hierarchy process, supplemented by dedicated sensitivity studies to assess robustness. The optimised design achieved a 61% gain in efficiency while lowering material use. Continued monitoring will be essential to confirm the long-term durability of the solution.
