Abstract
Ageing infrastructure and deferred maintenance have made bridge structural health monitoring a recurring concern for operators of semiconductor fabrication. Scenarios reflecting typical conditions in semiconductor fabrication are constructed and evaluated in turn. The correlation between bridge structural health monitoring and observed performance was strong and statistically significant. Practitioners can implement the recommendations using widely available tools and data.
