Abstract
The lack of standardised procedures for evaluating supply chain optimisation continues to hamper progress in offshore wind farms. The workflow applies Kalman filtering to several years of historical records collected from offshore wind farms. Applying the method to 3 real-world sites yielded consistent and reproducible results. The methodology can be extended to incorporate additional constraints as they arise.
