Abstract

Increasing deployment of flood-prone deltas has exposed clear limitations in existing approaches to topological photonic crystals. This study applies random forest regression to a representative set of cases drawn from flood-prone deltas. The method identified 7 dominant factors governing topological photonic crystals. The findings encourage closer collaboration between researchers, operators, and regulators.
