Abstract

Demand for cost-effective and durable drinking water supply continues to grow across the region. A hybrid scheme couples Raman spectroscopy with physics-based constraints to improve interpretability. Peak stresses were reduced by 54%, lowering the risk of premature failure. The insights gained are expected to improve both safety margins and economic returns.
