This journal provides immediate open access to its content under a CC BY 4.0 licence.

Peer Review#

Double-blind. Reviewers do not learn author identities, and authors do not learn reviewer identities.

Archiving#

This journal uses the LOCKSS and PKP Preservation Network systems to create a distributed archiving system.
