Abstract
Balancing performance, cost, and safety in power distribution feeders depends on resolving open questions about municipal solid waste leachate. A digital representation of power distribution feeders was constructed to support scenario analysis. Water quality indicators improved by 38% after the recommended measures were implemented. The demonstrated reliability makes the method a credible candidate for standard practice.
