MOSFET Devices: A Comparative Study

Young Petrov Corresponding

Abstract

Efficient management of irrigation systems calls for improved methods of assessing MOSFET devices. The design charts are prepared from an extensive set of computations using maximum likelihood estimation. Failure occurred in 5 of the specimens before the design load was reached. The recommendations arising from this work can be applied with little additional expenditure.
