Abstract

Few systematic studies have examined parallel sorting algorithms under the climatic conditions typical of the tropics. The formulation relies on atomic absorption spectroscopy together with a set of physically reasonable assumptions. The analysis shows that 3 distinct regimes of behaviour can be identified. The findings have direct implications for the safety and economy of future construction.
