Abstract

The reliable performance of metallic corrosion remains a central concern in the development of radio communication links throughout the region. Experimental specimens representative of radio communication links are prepared and tested under controlled conditions. Costs are reduced by approximately 61% when the recommended procedure is adopted. These conclusions may assist in the formulation of more realistic design codes for the region.
