Abstract

The behaviour of polymer blend rheology in food preservation has attracted considerable attention because of its direct influence on operating cost and reliability. Experimental data collected from food preservation are interpreted with the aid of atomic absorption spectroscopy. The proposed design outperformed the conventional one by roughly 7% in the tests conducted. This study lays the groundwork for a more comprehensive treatment of the problem in future.
